Check Your Balance
Checking your Texas Roadhouse gift card balance is a quick and easy process. To start, you’ll need to have the card handy and be able to access the internet. You can check your balance online, via telephone, or at any participating Texas Roadhouse location.
If you choose to check your balance online, visit the Texas Roadhouse website and select the “Check Card Balance” option. You’ll be prompted to enter your card number and security code, which can be found on the back of the card. Once you’ve entered those details, you’ll be able to view your balance.
If you’d rather check your balance via telephone, simply call the customer service line and provide them with your card number. They’ll let you know your balance over the phone. Alternatively, if you’d like to check your balance in-person, visit your nearest Texas Roadhouse restaurant and speak to a member of staff. They will be able to check your balance for you.
Manage Your Card
Once you’ve checked your balance, you can also manage your card online. To do this, log in to your Texas Roadhouse account and select the “Manage Card” option. Here, you can view your card details and make any necessary changes. This includes updating your personal information, such as your address or contact details. You can also add money to your card, view your recent transactions, or transfer money to another card.
You can also use the “Manage Card” option to set up automatic bill payments. This will ensure that you never run out of funds on your card, as the funds will automatically be transferred from your bank account on a regular basis. You can also set up custom alerts to remind you when your card’s balance is running low.
Finally, you can also use the “Manage Card” option to check your rewards points. You can view your current points balance and redeem them for rewards. You can also view the rewards you’ve already redeemed and view the rewards you’re eligible to redeem.
