Checking Your Balance
Checking the balance of your Subway gift card is a quick and easy process. The first step is to locate the card number and security code. Both of these can be found on the back of the card. The card number is a 14-digit number located on the left side, and the security code is a 3-digit number found on the right side.
Once you have these two pieces of information, you can go to the Subway website to check your balance. On the homepage, click the ‘Gift Cards’ section. From there, select ‘Check Balance’. You will then be prompted to enter your card number and security code. Once you have done this, your balance will appear.
It is a good idea to check your balance periodically to ensure that your gift card is still active and ensure that you have enough funds for your purchase. Be sure to keep your card number and security code safe for future reference.
Understanding Your Balance
When checking your Subway gift card balance, it is important to understand how the funds are allocated. Your balance will be shown as a total amount and will be broken down into two categories – Available Balance and Pending Balance.
The Available Balance is the total amount of funds that are available for immediate use. This means that you can use this amount for purchases immediately. The Pending Balance is the amount of funds that are being held until a purchase is completed and finalized. This balance will be available for use shortly after the purchase has been finalized.
It is important to understand the difference between the two types of balances so that you know how much you have available for use. If you are uncertain of the balance on your card, it is recommended that you check your balance before making a purchase. This will help ensure that you have enough funds to cover the cost of the items you are purchasing.
