Check Balance Online
Olive Garden gift cards can easily be checked online, allowing you to confirm the availability of funds before making a purchase. To check your card balance, start by going to. On the home page, select “Olive Garden” from the list of available retailers. You will then be prompted to enter your card number and PIN. Once verified, the balance on your card will be displayed.
If your card is registered with a Darden Rewards account, you can also check the balance by logging in to your account. Once logged in, select “Gift Cards” from the menu, then choose “Check Balance”. You will then be prompted to enter the card number and PIN. Once verified, the balance will be displayed.
It is important to note that if your card is registered, you will be able to view your full card value and transaction history. This can be useful for tracking purchases or verifying the balance.
Balance Inquiry by Phone
If you prefer to check your card balance by phone, you can do so by calling the Olive Garden customer service line. To begin, dial 1-800-248-4935. You will then be prompted to enter your card number and PIN. Once verified, the customer service representative will provide your balance information.
It is important to note that the customer service representative will only provide the remaining balance on your card. Transaction history is not available by phone. If you wish to view transaction history, you must log in to your Darden Rewards account and select “Gift Cards”, then “Check Balance.”
It is also important to note that customer service representatives will not be able to assist with lost or stolen cards. If your card is lost or stolen, you must contact Olive Garden immediately to report the card and request a replacement.
